CIRCLE OF SECURITY PARENTING GROUPS
I offer Circle of Security Parenting groups where, together with a small group of other parents, you can learn more about building a secure, loving relationship with your little one.
Based on decades of attachment research, this approach helps you understand your child's emotional needs, respond to their behaviour with confidence, and create a secure base for them to explore their world.
My COS groups are offered online, meaning that no matter where you are in Australia you can connect with me from the comfort of your own home.
Circle of Security is run over 8 weeks, with one session per week of around 60 minutes duration.

Just incase we haven't met yet, I'm Bec. I am a wife, a mother of one and a country girl living in rural Victoria, Australia.
I am a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, and have spent my career supporting mums with their emotional health and parenting.
I'm deeply passionate about allowing mums to be seen and heard - and believe that when mum is looked after then the whole family thrives.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that 72 hours is required for cancellations for Circle of Security terms. This allows other families that opportunity to join the group when spots become available. Cancellations and rescheduling within 3 days of commencement of the first class will incur a 50% fee - I thank you for your understanding with this.
