Overcoming Overwhelm in Motherhood
Does this sound familiar?
You find yourself getting overwhelmed by the constant demands of being a mum.
You feel the weight of the mental load of motherhood.
You find it challenging to get your own needs met and often feel guilty when you do.
You struggle sometimes with not feeling good enough in motherhood and wanting everything to be perfect.
You find it hard to set healthy boundaries and say no to things.
You find it hard to communicate your needs and boundaries to others.
You sometimes feel like nobody really understands just how hard motherhood can be.
You can be hard on yourself as a mum and sometimes feel like you are failing.
You experience mum rage and resentment.
You would like support, validation and practical tools that allow you to get more enjoyment out of motherhood and reduce feelings of overwhelm.
Overcoming Overwhelm in Motherhood is a program that I have created to help you reclaim your motherhood, stop feeling so overwhelmed and embrace good enough.

Hi, I'm Bec.
Just incase we haven't met yet, I'm Bec. I have a lovely husband and a beautiful little girl, and we live in a small country town.
I am a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, and have spent my career supporting mums with their emotional health and parenting.
I'm deeply passionate about allowing mums to be seen and heard - and believe that when mum is looked after then the whole family thrives.
Why choose this program?
After almost 10 years of working with mums as a mental health nurse, I kept seeing the same things and over and over again. I saw strong, smart and capable women struggling to adjust to motherhood. I saw mums who were carrying so much, and didn't have the support that they needed and deserved to thrive. And I wanted to create something to help - a program that they could complete at their own pace in their own time that actually gives them tools and skills to support them in their motherhood journey.
So here is my invitation to you to join this program:
I know that you are looking for something that feels accessible and convenient. That's why I've done all of the decision making and hard work for you - because let's face it, you have enough on your plate right now. I've chosen a collection of information, tools and resources that I believe are absolutely essential for all mothers to know.
It's the things that we wish we knew before we became mothers and the support, validation and encouragement we all need. It's the practical tools that help us to manage the mental load. It's the communication tools we need to get our needs met and set healthy boundaries. It's challenging the narrative of motherhood and rejecting the idea of being perfect.
All of the information is delivered to you across 6 lessons. I know you need something easy, so you can listen to these lessons like a podcast if you need to while you are on a pram walk, during nap time while you tidy up, or in the car. This program was made to fit into your life when you have the time.
Across these lessons, we cover:
Unpacking Overwhelm: Why We Feel So Overwhelmed in Motherhood
Being Good Enough & Letting Go of Perfection
Changing the Narrative: Working with Our Inner Critic
Getting Your Needs Met (Without the Guilt)
Healthy Boundaries & How to Say No
Managing the Mental Load of Motherhood
